1. Adults only — no minors
Proudlii is strictly for people 18 and older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Do not help a minor access Proudlii, falsely represent a minor as an adult, or use Proudlii to contact, groom, sexualize, exploit, recruit, or endanger a minor.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
- CSAM, sexualized images of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or requests for sexual content involving anyone under 18 are prohibited.
- Do not upload, request, trade, link to, describe for sexual gratification, threaten to distribute, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material.
- Known or suspected child exploitation may result in immediate account action, evidence preservation, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or another appropriate authority when required or permitted by law.
3. Respect consent
- No sexual coercion, persistent unwanted contact, stalking, threats, blackmail, or intimidation.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, creepshots, hidden-camera sexual content, or revenge porn.
- Private-album access is permission to view within Proudlii, not permission to copy or redistribute.
- If someone says no, blocks you, revokes access, or ends a conversation, respect that decision.
4. No pornography or commercial sexual exploitation
Pornographic or explicitly sexual content is not allowed. Proudlii may also remove sexually explicit solicitation, prostitution, escort advertising, compensated sexual arrangements, sugar dating, trafficking, or content that primarily exists to facilitate commercial sexual activity.
5. Be real, not deceptive
- No impersonation, identity theft, fake verification claims, deceptive fundraising, investment scams, romance scams, phishing, blackmail, or fraud.
- Do not misrepresent your age, identity, relationship to another person, or ownership of photos in a way intended to deceive or harm.
- Parody or creative expression must not create a credible false identity used to deceive members.
6. No hate, harassment, or targeted abuse
Do not attack, degrade, threaten, or exclude people based on sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religion, sex, age, or another protected or vulnerable characteristic. Debate does not excuse targeted abuse.
7. Protect privacy
- Do not publish another person's home address, phone number, workplace details, private messages, financial information, government identifiers, or other private data without authorization.
- Do not use screenshots, copied private-album media, or location information to threaten, shame, out, surveil, or endanger another person.
8. No illegal or dangerous transactions
Do not use Proudlii to sell or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, stolen property, trafficking, criminal services, or other illegal transactions. Do not encourage dangerous conduct likely to cause serious physical harm.
9. No spam or platform abuse
No bulk unsolicited messaging, scraping, fake engagement, malicious automation, malware, credential theft, evasion of bans, manipulation of reports, or attempts to defeat moderation, verification, or safety systems.
10. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Use in-app reporting and blocking tools when available. Reports may be reviewed using automated and human systems. We may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, or contact authorities depending on severity and risk.
False or malicious reports intended to harass another user may themselves violate these Guidelines.
11. Appeals
Where an appeal process is available, submit a concise explanation and relevant context. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement. We may maintain permanent bans for severe safety violations, exploitation, fraud, threats, or repeated abuse.
