1. License, not sale
Proudlii is operated by Seventh Software LLC. Contact: support@proudlii.com.
Proudlii software is licensed, not sold. Subject to this EULA, Seventh Software LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Proudlii application on devices you own or control and as allowed by the applicable app-store usage rules.
2. License restrictions
- Do not copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application except as expressly authorized.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
- Do not circumvent technical restrictions, access controls, security systems, subscription controls, moderation systems, or age restrictions.
- Do not use the software to violate law, the Proudlii Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or third-party rights.
3. Ownership and updates
Seventh Software LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the Proudlii application, software, trademarks, visual assets, and updates not expressly granted to you.
Updates may add, remove, or modify functionality. Some updates may be necessary for security, compatibility, policy compliance, or continued service access.
4. Maintenance and support
Seventh Software LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for maintenance and support for the Proudlii application to the extent required by applicable law and this EULA. Contact support at support@proudlii.com or visit proudlii.com/contact.
5. App Store distribution
If you obtain Proudlii through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is presented through App Store Connect. This Proudlii EULA is supplemental and does not reduce rights or minimum terms required by Apple.
For Apple-distributed versions, you acknowledge that the agreement regarding the Proudlii application is between you and Seventh Software LLC, not Apple; Seventh Software LLC is responsible for the application and its content; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; and Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of applicable EULA terms to the extent required by Apple's developer agreements.
For Google Play-distributed versions, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms. Google is not responsible for Proudlii's service, content, support, or user conduct.
6. Warranties and product claims
To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' If applicable law provides a warranty that cannot be disclaimed, that warranty remains in effect.
Seventh Software LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims, to the extent such responsibility is imposed by law or applicable distribution agreements.
7. Third-party terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Proudlii, including your wireless-data agreement, device platform rules, app-store terms, and terms governing any third-party service you separately choose to use.
8. Export and sanctions compliance
You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving or using the application under applicable United States export-control or sanctions laws, and that you will not use or transfer the application in violation of applicable export restrictions.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially violate this EULA or lose the right to use Proudlii. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete copies of the application, subject to any rights that cannot legally be restricted.

The Proudlii Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Center apply to your use of the service. If this EULA conflicts with mandatory app-store license terms, those mandatory terms control only to the extent of the conflict.
