1. Delete from the app
In the iOS app, open your profile, enter Edit Profile, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion request when prompted. Android and web placement may vary by version, but the deletion control should remain available from account or profile settings.
If re-authentication is required by the authentication provider for security, complete that step before deletion can finish.
2. Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email support@proudlii.com with the subject Account deletion, or visit proudlii.com/contact and choose Account deletion. State that you want to delete your Proudlii account and provide only the information necessary for us to locate and verify the account.
For security, we may require reasonable identity or account-control verification before deleting an account. We will not ask for your password or one-time authentication code.
3. What deletion covers
Deletion is intended to remove the Proudlii account and associated personal data that Seventh Software LLC is not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain, including profile data and user-generated content associated with the account.
Some data may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety enforcement, abuse investigations, dispute resolution, accounting, or secure backup rotation.
4. Messages and content involving other users
Deletion should remove content associated with your account where required by applicable platform policy and law. Certain records may need temporary retention when they are evidence of abuse, fraud, threats, child-safety concerns, or another legal matter.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting a Proudlii account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing through the store that manages the subscription. Store refund rights are governed by the applicable platform and law.
6. Timing and confirmation
Deletion may be immediate or may take a reasonable amount of time depending on account state, security review, backup systems, and legal requirements. Where required, we will communicate additional time needed and provide confirmation when the request is completed.
