TERMS OF SERVICE · USER AGREEMENT

Use Proudlii with respect, honesty, and consent.

These Terms govern your use of Proudlii's apps, websites, social features, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Proudlii is strictly 18+.

1. Agreement and operator

Proudlii is operated by Seventh Software LLC. Contact: support@proudlii.com.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Seventh Software LLC for use of Proudlii. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Center, and any subscription terms presented to you are incorporated by reference where applicable.

2. Eligibility: 18+ only

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You may not use Proudlii if you are under 18, even with parental permission.
  • You may not misstate your age, help a minor obtain access, or knowingly communicate through Proudlii for the purpose of facilitating a minor's access.
  • We may use age-assurance, account, device, store, or other reasonable signals to enforce age restrictions and may require additional information when permitted by law.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
  • Use only accounts you are authorized to control. Impersonation and deceptive identity claims are prohibited.
  • Keep passwords, authentication links, and verification codes confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
  • We may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement.

4. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to rights you grant us to operate the service.

When you upload or share content, you grant Seventh Software LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide Proudlii in accordance with your settings and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share your content. You may not upload another person's private or intimate content without their consent.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to involve a minor in sexual or exploitative conduct.
  • Pornographic or explicitly sexual content, prostitution, escort services, compensated sexual arrangements, sugar dating, human trafficking, or solicitation of sexual acts for payment or material benefit.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, creepshots, hidden-camera sexual content, revenge porn, or threats to publish intimate material.
  • Harassment, stalking, bullying, coercion, threats, intimidation, hate speech, targeted degradation, or discrimination.
  • Impersonation, catfishing for fraud or harm, deceptive verification claims, scams, phishing, extortion, blackmail, money solicitation, or financial fraud.
  • Doxxing, publishing private contact information, exact home addresses, private communications, or other sensitive information without authorization.
  • Illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, dangerous goods, stolen property, criminal services, or instructions intended to facilitate serious illegal activity.
  • Spam, automated scraping, unsolicited commercial promotion, malware, credential theft, platform manipulation, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
  • Using Proudlii to track, surveil, locate, or control another person without lawful authorization and consent.
  • Any conduct that violates law, third-party rights, these Terms, or the Community Guidelines.

7. Verification is not a guarantee

Verification badges, phone checks, email checks, photo review, presence indicators, online status, profile information, and moderation signals can reduce some forms of abuse but do not guarantee a person's identity, intentions, criminal history, health status, age beyond the controls actually performed, safety, compatibility, or truthfulness.

Unless Proudlii expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, Proudlii does not conduct criminal background checks on members.

8. Real-world meetings and assumption of risk

You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to interact with another person online or offline. Online interactions and in-person meetings involve risks that technology cannot eliminate.

For first meetings, consider a public place, independent transportation, telling someone you trust where you are, protecting your home address and financial information, and leaving any situation that feels unsafe. Never send money or financial credentials to someone because of a Proudlii interaction.

Proudlii is not an emergency service, security service, transportation service, background-check service, or guarantee of another person's conduct.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated systems, trusted signals, user reports, human review, or combinations of these methods to detect or investigate content and conduct. We may remove content, limit visibility or features, warn users, require verification, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, or report conduct to authorities when appropriate.

We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect users, preserve evidence, prevent harm, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, history, risk, evasion, and credible off-platform evidence when legally permitted.

10. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features, including Proudlii Plus where offered, are subject to the price, duration, renewal, benefits, and cancellation terms shown before purchase. App-store subscriptions are billed and managed by the applicable platform.

Unless required by law or the store's rules, purchases are not refundable merely because you stop using Proudlii, delete content, or are removed for violating these Terms. You remain responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions through the platform that manages them.

11. Intellectual property

Proudlii, its software, visual design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and non-user content are owned by Seventh Software LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Do not copy, reverse engineer where prohibited, sell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.

12. Third-party services

Proudlii may rely on third-party app stores, authentication providers, map providers, cloud infrastructure, payment services, notification providers, and other technology. Their terms may also apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proudlii and the service are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful connections, compatibility between users, accuracy of user-generated content, or that every harmful actor can be detected in advance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seventh Software LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; lost goodwill; or losses arising from the conduct of other users, offline meetings, unauthorized redistribution of user content, or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Seventh Software LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, your violation of another person's rights, your misuse of Proudlii, or your material breach of these Terms.

16. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Proudlii and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms, safety rules, law, or platform integrity require it.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, enforcement records, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions, survive to the extent permitted by law.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, risks, laws, or platform requirements. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
